User Instructions
TO USE HEATED
Read the instructions supplied with your wheat bag fully before using.
Simply place the "WheatWarmer" wheat bag in a microwave oven and heat for the times stated in the full instructions provided - times vary on the size of wheat bag being heated - from 75 seconds to 2.5 minutes.
All our heating times are based on an 800watt microwave oven - times may vary depending on the size of the microwave oven used.
Always test the temperature before applying to the affected area - when heating wheat bags for other people, especially the young or the elderly, remember the temperature they prefer may be different to you!
Do not exceed heating times stated in the instructions for your particular size of wheat bag. This will not make it any more effective or make the heat last longer.
ALWAYS place a glass or small container of water in the microwave with the wheat bag when heating to help keep your wheat bag moist.
Always allow the wheat bag to return to room temperature before re-heating as this effects the final temperature of the product.
TO USE AS A COLD
COMPRESS
For all sizes of "WheatWarmer" wheat bags:
Place in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 1 hour or more before use. Buy two wheat bags - keep one for heating in the microwave and the other in the freezer as a cold compress.
WARNING: Do not leave any wheat bags unattended with children under the age of 36 months.
